Do I need to create an account to book?

While you can browse without an account, creating an account allows you to manage your bookings, view booking history, and receive exclusive offers.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Log into your account and use the 'Modify Booking' option, or contact our support team for assistance.

Tickets & Entry

How do I receive my tickets?

After completing your booking, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tickets attached as a PDF. You can also access your tickets anytime through your account dashboard.

Do I need to print my tickets?

Most attractions accept digital tickets on your mobile device. However, we recommend checking the specific attraction's requirements. You can always print your tickets if preferred.

What if I lose my tickets?

No worries! You can access your tickets anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team. We can resend your tickets via email.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are generally non-transferable and tied to the booking details. If you need to transfer tickets to someone else, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before your visit.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to fees. Please check the specific attraction's cancellation policy.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking through your account dashboard by clicking 'Cancel Booking' on the relevant reservation. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

What if the attraction is closed on my booked date?

If an attraction is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are prices in AED or USD?

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). The final amount charged will be in AED, and your bank will handle currency conversion if needed.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The price displayed during booking is the final price you'll pay, including all taxes and service charges. What you see is what you pay.
